Buy Intel 13th/14th Generation Gaming PCs' The warranty periods offered by each PC builder are as follows

The promised microcode fixes for stability issues with Intel 13th and 14th generation CPUs have begun rolling out in the form of BIOS updates for some motherboards. This is good news for those with Intel chips that are not yet affected, and many with Intel chips that are already affected should be covered by Intel's recently announced extended warranty.

But what about those who did not purchase the chip independently, but purchased a gaming PC with the chip already built in?

This is what The Verge asked a dozen PC makers. The answers ranged from those that were sympathetic to Intel's two-year extended warranty and would essentially pass this Intel warranty on to their customers, to those that would not offer an extended warranty at all, and some in between. Unfortunately, there was no unanimous "yes" response, but overall the responses were quite positive.

The following is a summary of what the different system builders are offering:

Notably, the companies that responded "no promises" did not leave affected customers out: Dell and Alienware said "processors diagnosed with this problem will be replaced will be replaced," and NZXT says it is "working with Intel on the details to best serve affected customers," and urges affected users to contact customer service.

Acer also said that it has not yet completed its investigation and will then "determine if any changes to the warranty are necessary."

It should also be noted that the responses here that list the total warranty period for the CPU actually extend the warranty period and do not simply restate the standard warranty period.

Intel 13th and 14th generation CPUs with processor base power greater than 65W all appear to be vulnerable to the voltage increase issue if a fix patch has not been applied. This includes CPUs from Core i5 13600KF to Core i9 14900KS.

These warranty extensions are for chips that are already affected and facing instability issues. If you have a vulnerable chip that is not yet affected, please update it as soon as the latest 0x129 microcode BIOS is released for your motherboard.
