This is $114.99 less than the regular price. More importantly, the prices of the parts available in this sale are about the same as the price of building a similar system yourself. When dealing with custom cases, specialized motherboards, and OEM power supplies, it is always difficult to make comparable comparisons. However, when we configured a similar setup on Newegg, the cost was about the same (including Windows 10).
This is a strong setup for the money: the Core i5-9400 is a 6-core/6-thread processor with a base clock of 2.9 GHz and a boost clock of 4.1 GHz. combined with the GTX 1660 Ti, this system is capable of 1080p ultra-resolution 60 fps for most games, and some 1440p games can also maintain 60 fps.
By default, Dell includes a 1TB hard drive in this PC. However, there is an option to replace it with a faster 256GB NVMe solid state drive if you prefer. You can also install both if you are willing to pay the $50 upcharge.
Other upgrade options are available, but in most cases we recommend adding your own RAM and storage if you need it.
