The Super NES-inspired 8bitdo Sn30 Pro+ Bluetooth Gamepad is on sale for $40 at Amazon.
Aside from the nostalgic color scheme, we love the customizability offered by 8Bitdo Ultimate Software, including the ability to adjust trigger sensitivity and create custom macros. The controller itself uses a 1000mAh rechargeable battery pack and is charged via USB-C. It looks like a cross between an SNES controller and a PlayStation controller.
The controller also works with the Nintendo Switch, which is a nice bonus for those who play "Animal Crossing" to catch spiders, collect coconuts, and whatnot. Priced at $40, it is cheaper and easier to get than the Switch Pro controller. However, since this is a third-party controller, it cannot activate the Switch like a first-party controller.
