Earlier this week, the first half of the 2020 roadmap for "Black Desert Online" was released, revealing to players the new features that developer Pearl Abyss has planned for the summer.
The "Black Desert Online" 2020 roadmap can be viewed here, but you won't have to wait long for one of the most exciting additions: the Guardian, coming on January 22, will join the roster of available classes. This northern warrior wields a massive battle axe and uses it to reap hordes of villains.
In addition to the Guardian, several classes will have new customization options added through the Succession system. Once players reach a certain level, they have the option of choosing "Awakening," which gives them access to a new set of weapons and abilities, or "Inheritance," which keeps their current weapons and abilities but enhances them. through the first quarter of 2020. witch. wizard. striker. mystic. and raan, Guardians will all get the new abilities of Succession.
Black Desert Online's 2020 roadmap also includes several features that will benefit everyone. This spring, shy class players will be able to compose and perform their own music. A new region, Papua Clinea, where adorable otters and "papas" are engaged in a bloody struggle, will also be added. Very sad. A new story chapter and accompanying region called "Odirita" will be added around summer.
The full roadmap can be found here. It will probably be updated later this year to reveal what will be coming later in 2020.
